Dr. Kotina W. Hall is highly regarded as an educator, an activist and community leader, known

for incepting and creating groundbreaking projects for corporate, non-profit and academic

sectors. A 20-year veteran to the civic and corporate industry, she has established herself as a

savvy business leader, speaker and accomplished executive. Constantly sought after as an

influencer and immense leadership and aplomb. Hall has broken several barriers in corporate,

civic and academic sectors, including currently serving as the Dean of Faculty of BelhavenUniversity/Atlanta.


Dr. Kotina W. Hall has served in numerous corporate executive leadership roles for Fortune 500

companies throughout Georgia and remains the CEO of the JKo Consulting Group. Hall’s

hallmark continues to be her infectious energy, humor and interactive approach to straight-talk to

reach individuals and organizations to equip them with tools, resources and networks to

empower them to bring out their best self. Thus, gaining efficacy to explore untapped solutions.


She has held numerous faculty professor appointments at both undergraduate and graduate levels

and has collaborated intensively in the development of research-based tools for professional

development and for maximizing cultural and generational differences.


Dr. Kotina W. Hall has always had passion to mentor. And because of her concern for the plight

of youth, Partnership Success, Incorporated (PS, Inc.) was birthed. Dr. Hall founded the

organization to better equip and strengthen our youth to become educationally and professionally

mature, financially responsible, and socially conscious members of society through a series of

educational workshops, tutoring and mentoring. Since inception, Partnership Success has

matriculated more than 100 children through the program with partnering schools throughout

Georgia and Alabama, earning notoriety for its students ground-breaking scholastic results.


Dr. Hall is Alabama native and holds a doctorate degree from Argosy University; a masters from

Central Michigan University and a bachelor’s degree from Spelman College. She is also Six

Sigma Green Belt and Project Management certified from Villanova University and has acquired

post-graduate trainings from Emory University, Sanford Brown, and Harvard University.


She has been actively involved with civic and professional affiliation with organizations such as

Sigma Beta Delta International Business and Management Honor Society, Sigma Tau Delta

English Honor Society, The National Association of Professional Women, Alabama Writer’s

Forum, Toastmasters International, Thomasville Heights Elementary Community Board Member,

Ladies Aide Missionary Society #139, Senior Connections Board, and 100 Women of Atlanta.


Hall has received numerous awards and recognitions ranging from leadership, academic, civic

outreach to performance awards. Dr. Hall was featured on Heart to Heart with Dr. Roz in Los

Angeles, California in September. In December 2016, Hall was awarded the 2016-2017

Community Service Recipient Award by the Ninth District Practitioners Association. She was

recognized as Women on the Move by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. In 2016, Hall was

selected a one of several key presenters for the Jubilee Reading: African America Read-In. In

2015, Dr. Hall was spotlighted at the 2015 Authors of Tour in Atlanta and Marietta, Georgia and

again in 2014 at the 14th Anniversary Jubilee Reading Conference in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Hall

was also highlighted in 2014 in Spelman College’s Messenger magazine. In 2009 and 2011, Dr.

Hall was the recipient of the Booker T. Washington Freedom Writer’s Award and the B.E.S.T.

High School Keeper of the Vision leadership award. And most recently, Dr. Hall created an

S.H.O.P, forums to create academic and professional platforms that empower women to lead

extraordinary Christian lives in their workplaces, homes, community and ultimately the world.

In 2013, Hall released Patches and Patches Visit the Jungle, the first two books of her children’s

Series, inspired by her beloved daughter, Jekoti-Blake. Hall authors under the name C. Sam



Dr. Kotina W. Hall has two bonus sons, Justin and Jordan, and a bonus granddaughter, Kenley

Sky, to whom she is affectionally known as G-Ko. Dr. Kotina W. Hall resides in Atlanta with her

husband and daughter, Jeffrey and Jekoti-Blake.
